Doing a complete remodel. Contractor suggested Cherins. Place packed with stuff and busy. Got everything we needed and the delivery was FREE and ONTIME! I cant say enough about this place! No hesitation to recommend them! Now my contractor is a different story...

Everyone there goes way out of there way to help people in a way that no chain store ever will. I cant count how many things we have bought in recent years but these people have never let us down and their install people are wizards. They accomodate our every need and can actually Aanswer questions about the things they sell. Plus if they dont have it in their big warehouse they are always willing to order it for us even when its not a big purchase. It harkens back to a time before customer service consisted of picking options or screaming what you want to an electronic voice.

Maybe you can get good prices, but there people are sooooo rude especially the assistant manager Peter he is good for absolutely nothing. We purchased a new washer a day after having it it began making loud noises we called them to fix it. It took them 4 days to come and when they finally came they wanted us to wait longer for them to order a part when i refused BECAUSE THE WASHER WAS NOT EVEN A WEEK OLD and asked for a new washer peter caught an an attitude with me and said fine but to wait till a week later for delivery. after originally paying $100 for extra speedy delivery! I was not happy! When I demanded to speak with the owner he said there is no one else whom to speak to. So of course I had to wait for when it was convenient for them. The extra few $$ I supposedly saved myself was not worth the bad treatment and horrible customer service I received from them. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND JUST DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Going here for our kitchen remodel project was our first mistake. Customer Satisfaction? NO, NO, NO, forget it at this place! Seriously, just forget it, once you walk out that door paid, your done, even when the items are delivered damaged, yes, I'm not kidding they brought it to our house inoperable. So our first night in our brand new remodeled kitchen was spent ordering take out, it's a Year later and guess what, we're still ordering take out because this oven doesn't work. Despite 12 service calls, countless replacement parts, it's a lemon and don't expect Cherin's to help you out. It's basically a screw you operation. Never returning phone calls, emails, faxes, forget it. Bottomline, we purchased an absolute LEMON from this company, it hasn't worked properly since day one... and they have done absolutely nothing to help resolve the issue. I've dealt with Gaggenau for over a year now with the same problem, I've had 12 service calls, 3 replacement parts and 3 different Appliance Techs to come and fix it, because they always give up. I can't for the life of me figure that one out. They were too busy working the scam on the next poor soul. We've had nothing but problems with this extremely expensive oven and nothing but problems from the manufacturer and Cherins. Don't go, don't do it, whatever you do, don't go here!!!!!!!

EVen though Cherins Appliance seems to carry appliences at lower the Sears price cost - they are RUDE. Everyone working there is super rude. They know they have lower prices and they treat their customers like crap because they know that they will not go anywhere else. Well, I did because I just could not stend their rude salespeeople whome we had to wait 20 minutes to talk to because he was busy flipping papers.
